Tim Evans represents public and private clients in complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and development of regional shopping centers, mixed-use developments, office and multi-family properties.
Tim also has extensive experience in borrower-side finance work, handling transactions on behalf of institutional borrowers in real estate and non-real estate secured loans. He also represents clients in the structuring of joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies.
