Steve advises on mergers and acquisitions, projects, debt and equity commitments and private equity investments involving oil and gas assets, ‘Drillcos’, renewables and energy infrastructure (including midstream, water, RNG and storage). Steve also counsels private equity funds and portfolio companies through the entire private equity life cycle, including corporate structuring, partnership agreements, management incentive plans, recapitalizations and raising capital.
