Shallum Atkinson is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office where he works on complex matters across a wide range of practice areas including antitrust, healthcare, and labor and employment. Shallum’s practice also encompasses regulatory and advisory matters, including federal and state matters related to the False Claims Act. Shallum has authored numerous articles regarding crypto enforcement insights.
Shallum also contributes to the firm’s pro bono practice, and has provided community legal services for veterans and cancer patients among other clients.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Shallum held a series of government roles, including Senior Policy Advisor in the US House of Representatives advising on issues affecting digital assets, financial services, labor, and housing policy.
