Rebecca Evans is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s London office, working with our Brussels office and advising on antitrust matters including merger control and antitrust compliance. She has worked with clients in various sectors including technology, consumer goods, and basic industry. Prior to joining the Brussels office, Rebecca completed her Training Contract in O’Melveny’s London office, where she advised on a number of multijurisdictional technology acquisitions.
