Matt Cook is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office, where he focuses on advising venture capital firms and other institutional investors as well as both emerging and established companies. He advises startups and emerging growth companies at all stages of their corporate lifecycles, including initial company formation, day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory matters, early and late-stage venture financings and exit opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions for a diverse clientele that spans domestic and international markets.
