Kate Camp is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office. Kate advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, which includes venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other transactional corporate practice areas. Her clients include start-up companies, late-stage companies, and institutional investors. She has experience on either side of a deal, whether representing the company or seller in one instance and the investor or buyer in another, which gives her an unique perspective when representing clients on venture capital financings or mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients in diverse industry sectors, including clean energy, transportation, consumer and commercial products, software, and other technology related market groups.

Kate also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she assists clients in a variety of different areas, including reproductive justice and veteran’s benefits.
