  • Obtained FTC clearance for Regis Corporation for its sale of Hair Club to Aderans Co. and Bosley, Inc.
  • Obtained DOJ clearance on behalf of Norsk Hydro for its joint venture with Orkla ASA.
  • Represented T-Mobile USA, Inc. and Deutsche Telekom AG in United States v. AT&T Inc., No. 11-01560 (D.D.C.) in connection with the proposed sale of T-Mobile to AT&T.
