François Vanherck is an experienced competition lawyer with deep expertise in EU and French Competition Law. A counsel in the firm’s Brussels office, he advises multinational clients on complex regulatory and antitrust matters, ranging from complex merger control and FDI filings, abuse of dominance, and cartel enforcement.

With extensive experience across industries—including technology, consulting services, semi-conductors, and basic instrudies—François advises on merger control matters in Europe and leads the coordination of global multi-jurisdictional merger control and FDI filings.

His practice also includes appellate advocacy before the Court of Justice of the European Union where he represented clients in connection with cartel and abuse of dominance cases.
