Evan Hindman is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Evan joined O’Melveny after having clerked for the Honorable J. Jerome Farris at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before his clerkship, Evan was a summer associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office where, among other things, he second-chaired the successful trial for a detained pro bono client seeking Cancellation of Removal before the Immigration Court.
Evan’s experience additionally includes researching and drafting memoranda on various litigation issues; preparing legal briefs court filings, and other legal documents; and drafting client declarations and correspondence in both English and Spanish. Evan also prepared the first draft of an opening brief for the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
