Etienne Dumas is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Etienne advises clients on matters involving public equity and debt offerings, tender and exchange offers, private placements, new credit facilities, and financings across a range of industries, including both international and US-based infrastructure financing and development deals, as well as complex negotiations for the entertainment and sports industries. He also counsels clients on general corporate matters such as governance and the '34 Act.
