Daniel A. Goldstein is a corporate finance counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office focusing on structured finance. He advises investment banks, asset managers, issuers, lenders and borrowers on financings and other investments, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), other types of securitization vehicles, and receivables purchase and factoring facilities. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Daniel garnered considerable experience practicing corporate law in the New York offices of other law firms.
