Chelsea Espiritu is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Chelsea represents clients in various labor and employment matters, including class action wage-and-hour disputes. She has defended a large financial institution in a series of cases involving overtime and misclassification claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state wage-and-hour laws. Chelsea’s experience also includes representing companies in connection with government investigations.
Chelsea demonstrates a continued commitment to the firm’s pro bono practice. She maintains an active pro bono immigration practice, including helping clients secure asylum and apply for adjustment of status and work authorization.
At O’Melveny, Chelsea is co-chair of the Diversity Employee Network and a member of the San Francisco Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
