Ashley’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and investments transactions, including joint ventures, split-offs, equity financings, restructurings, stock and asset acquisitions, take-private transactions, add-ons and other strategic transactions. Ashley also advises clients on routine corporate and governance matters.
