O’Melveny Advises Nonprofit Housing Services Provider

During the COVID-19 pandemic, attorneys from O’Melveny’s Project Development & Real Estate (PDRE) practice group represented Inner City Law Center on the renegotiation of its office lease, resulting in the center expanding its footprint in downtown Los Angeles by more than 50%.

The O’Melveny attorneys also represented the center in negotiations with its landlord to secure much-needed repairs to its office space. Inner City Law Center is the largest provider of housing services to the unhoused residents of Los Angeles’ Skid Row.
