O’Melveny Represents CapsoVision in Registered Direct Offering

SHANGHAI—September 22, 2026—O’Melveny represented CapsoVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: CV) in a registered direct offering of its common stock. The offering size was approximately US$18 million. The offering closed on September 18, 2026.
The shares were offered under the company’s Registration Statement on Form S-3, which was declared effective on August 21, 2026, and a related prospectus supplement. The offering was made directly to investors.
CapsoVision is a commercial-stage medical technology company focused on developing advanced imaging and AI-enabled solutions for the detection and screening of gastrointestinal diseases.
The team was led by partners Portia Ku and David Ni, and included associate Ronghong Dai, China associate Chris Wu, and legal consultant Lanfeng Tan.
O’Melveny previously represented CapsoVision in its initial public offering and Nasdaq listing in July 2025 and in the establishment of its US$100 million at-the-market equity offering program in August 2026.
