O’Melveny partner Tracie Ingrasin will be a guest speaker at the Women in Private Markets Summit: North America, which aims to connects more than 500 senior leaders from every corner of private markets for two days of strategy, insight and peer-level discussion. Ingrasin will moderate a discussion titled, ‘Emerging Managers: navigating a shifting fundraising landscape.’ The panel will explore how market conditions, liquidity constraints, and LP consolidation are reshaping opportunities, the fundraising journey for first- and second-time funds and how emerging managers can stand out in an increasingly crowded market.

Her clients are diverse and widespread, though she frequently represents fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and corporate and institutional investors.
