O’Melveny partner Mark Cave will be a guest speaker at the 58th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation held in New York. Cave will join a panel discussion covering the defense perspective on securities enforcement priorities, trends, and investigations. Before joining O’Melveny, Mark Cave spent more than 15 years at the SEC, where he most recently served as Chief Counsel for the Division of Enforcement. A seasoned enforcement leader, he held multiple senior roles and led hundreds of significant investigations spanning accounting and disclosure issues, insider trading, FCPA, SPACs, digital assets, and other high-stakes matters. He also helped launch and lead the SEC’s Cross-Border Task Force in 2025.
