LP & GP Investor Conference: Financial Solutions for Emerging Managers to Mature Sponsors

Together with sponsors William Blair, NFP, and Palm Tree, O’Melveny hosted its first annual LP and GP Investor Conference February 20th at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. The private event brought together limited partners and general partners in the private equity arena to discuss various flexible capital solutions and what GPs should be mindful of when raising capital in today’s market. The conference featured panel discussions lead by representatives of William Blair, followed by breakout sessions and networking. LP panel included representatives of Advocate Health, Jasper Ridge Partners, New Catalyst Strategic Partners, and EastRock. GP panel included representatives of Truelink Capital, Lone View Capital and Composition Capital. Afterwards panelists and other attendees were able to connect one on one in a social setting among beverages and hors d’oeuvres well into the evening.
