Note to Search Firms

O’Melveny & Myers LLP (“O’Melveny”) does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms unless the search firm and O’Melveny have entered into a written search firm agreement that is in effect at the time of the submission. Further, to submit candidates through the portal, search firms will need to create a profile. Please reach out to lateralresumes@omm.com to get an up-to-date search firm agreement in place and to create a profile. This policy is designed to provide clarity and certainty to search firms, O’Melveny, and our recruits, including by way of example, but not of limitation, in situations where we have received duplicative submissions from multiple sources. Accordingly, if a search firm submits a resume without a prior signed agreement with us in violation of our policy, we will not be bound by that search firm’s terms or recognize any claim that may be made by that search firm.
